This is a really nice image. The perspective heightened by the lines of the building and nice texture of the cobbled stone street. I can't help thinking that the red sign is a bit obtrusive - The image in itself is a huge image and therefore one could do a bit of cropping - An interesting idea could be to crop out the right side of the building and thereby the sign and the effect would be that the ghostly figure is passing at right angle to the direction of the perspective.
